Wreaths placed at Greenwood Cemetary in honor of our Veterans

This year, the annual Wreaths Across America included honoring 40 local veterans who died during the COVID-19 lockdown. When the Veteran Appreciation Foundation learned that graveside military honors were unable to be performed at the time of death, the VAF membership reached out to Snouffer Funeral Home (local WAA host) to coordinate honoring these fallen soldiers at the WAA ceremony. Families of these fallen heroes were appreciative of this effort; one family travelled from Dayton Ohio to attend.
